ROOF FALL: A roof fall occurred in the cross cut between #2 and #3 entry on the No. 6 section above anchorage of the roof bolts that were installed. The Roof fall was approx. 4 to 8 feet above the 6 foot fully grouted roof bolts that were installed and was approx. 115 feet long.
