## Narrative

A mechanic had two fluid hoses pulled out from hose reels with one hose pulled out further than the other one. When reeling one of the hoses back in, the hose on the opposite reel began retracting unexpectedly.  The nozzle on the rapidly retracting hose struck the mechanic in the mouth causing a laceration and a chipped tooth.
