## Narrative

Individual was walking down a hill to the roof bolting machine. He slipped on the uneven pavement. Trying to catch himself, he grabbed a rope hanger that was hanging from the roof the hook from the rope hanger caused a laceration to his right hand between the thumb and index finger that required four suture's. Individual was released back to work with no restrictions.
