Narrative

Employee stepped from an I-beam onto concrete floor, inadvertently stepping on a clinker causing him to twist his left knee. He was seen by the company Doctor on 2/8/13, diagnoses - strain. No restrictions or medications were prescribed. A follow up appointment on 2/13/13 resulted in no climbing, squatting/kneeling restrictions being given.
