Narrative

Mucker #4 pulled out of shop and wasn't able to turn. A MEM mechanic went out to check the machine out, he then saw the ""Articulation Locking Pin"" was still pinning the front of the machine to the rear of the machine. The mechanic pulled the pin out of the lock and when installing it the pin pinched his finger between the frame and the hole for storage.
