## Narrative

Employee had been using a mine 3/4 inch air impact wrench. Sat the impact wrench down and walked away and the air hose connection came loose and started to whip around. Employee tried to secure the air line, by kneeling on the air line. The loose end came around and struck the face and left lens on safety glasses causing a scratch on the eye that required prescription eye drops.
