Narrative

Employee stated that he went up to the S-1 tailgate to monitor pumps. After he got through the man door at brattice 4, he tripped over track rails that had been pulled. He fell on his left hand trying to break his fall. He tried to treat at home. Pain and swelling caused him concern so he went to the doctor on 2/19/13. He has a fracture in his left ring finger.
