Narrative

Employee hit the LAS button on adjacent shield. Shield 78 did not move. Employee lifted curtain line and reached inside shield to move shield. The shield advanced catching his left foot between relay bar and pontoon. Shield had to be base lifted in order to remove his foot. The doctor took him off work.
