## Narrative

EE was traveling around the west end of RLO when he decided to walk over a 3' berm prior to crossing the tracks.  As he walked over the berm he stepped in a hole on the down side of the berm ""rolling"" his left ankle falling to the ground.  Medical treatment @ ER - Time Off with Restrictions.
