## Narrative

Employee was moving a bolt cart, a spacer for a wheel handler was in the way and propped up on a round piece of casing. When grabbing the spacer the casing rolled out from under the spacer and the spacer fell pinching his middle finger on his right hand between the spacer and the floor resulting in a laceration that needed sutures.
