Narrative

Stated: Employee was shoveling off the ramp at the end of the lo-framing when a rock measuring 42""Lx30""Wx1 1/2""T fell from between bolts and struck his right shoulder. Evaluation at the ER revealed no fracture but he was unable to return to work his next scheduled shift.
