## Narrative

Employee noticed that eyes had become irritated.  Mine foreman and employee found defective heater core.  Employee's eye irritation had not improved after two days and medical attention was provided.  Eye doctor believed eye irritation was the result of direct contact (i.e. hand rubbing) of unknown particle or contaminate to eye.
