Narrative

Roof Fall in the #1 entry (return) along #11 belt measuring 100'long by 19'wide and 6'- 7' high. Area was bolted with 48"" resin bolts in conjunction with 72"" torque tension bolts. All approaches have been timbered off and no plans at this time to clean up.
