Narrative

While trying to loosen the bridge pin on the miner, the ratchet slipped and the employee fell against the conveyor striking his right shoulder causing a shoulder strain. The employee continued to work until 2/11/13. He had surgery on 2/12/13. This resulted in a lost time accident.
