EE was removing a water line manifold on a belt tailpiece while holding the manifold with another EE the manifold pulled tight after it was picked up. The 2"" water line was attached to it and the stored energy pulled outby down the belt causing the EE to be pulled over the tail piece jack to the mine floor injuring the left shoulder area.
