## Narrative

EE complained of right knee pain and was seen at the Southwest Regional Medical Center. He was several days later by a panel physician and later by a specialist. An MRI was done and the impression indicated degenerative change of the knee joint. The MRI report was made available on 2/25/2013. This is being reported as an occupational illness due to the degeneration.
