## Narrative

Employee was helping the miner operator move into a cut to mine, as he threw the cable over against the right rib out of the way, the rib rolled out and hit him on his right side. He twisted his back, bruised his right shoulder and cracked his ribs. He was taken out of the mines, and went to a hospital for x-rays.
