Narrative

A belt mechanic had climbed upon the apron of #8b tailpiece to clean a water spray. As he was climbing down he grabbed a jack pipe for a hand hold and it came loose as he fell. He landed on his right shoulder causing severe pain. He was seen by Orthopedic Associates and taken off work on 02-25-2013 pending rotator cuff surgery.
