## Narrative

Injured was struck in the right shoulder by a rock that got stuck in the conveyor chain. The rock pushed him back hurting his right shoulder, when fell down on the next shield relay bar. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
