## Narrative

Employee suffered a sudden onset medical emergency of unknown origin. He had been talking to another employee and as he turned to leave he suddenly slumped to the floor and was unresponsive. Life-saving efforts were immediately started by responding employees and sustained by plant and local EMS upon arrival but were unsuccessful.
