Narrative

Employee was standing in front of the scoop on the bucket end facing the scoop loading supplies when a supply trailer that was being pushed backwards by a diesel tractor caught both legs above the ankles between the scoop bucket (which was on the ground) and the trailer causing a fracture to his right ankle and dislocation to his left ankle.
