Narrative

A fall of roof occurred in the 4th right panel off the 3rd SW Submain in entry # 11, crosscut 6-7. The fall measured approximately 80 feet long x 20 feet wide x 9 feet thick. The area was supported with 5 foot fully grouted roof bolts.
