## Narrative

Auto Mechanic was replacing front brake pads on Pro Truck.  He replaced 3 of 8 pads and was working on the 4th pad.  Material from overhead loosened and dropped between his forehead and glasses, lodging in left eye.  EE was wearing proper PPE.
