EE alleged he was hosing along line 1 indurating and bumped his head. The day before he had a argument with section mgr and area mgr about the change in schedule. Was seen at the clinic on 02/22/2013 and was returned to work. He was seen on 02/25/2013 and was taken off of work from another clinic and doctor. I was notified that he was off on 02/26/2013
