Rock truck was being loaded by a PC 3000. Material was in bed of truck next pass a rock rolled from the bucket striking left front corner bed jarring operator. Mine operator has conducted a diligent investigation this time are reporting as a lost workdays (NFDL) accident, pending the review of additional med info.
