Narrative

Employee was loading track rail on track car. After rail was loaded the crew needed to slide the rail in place. When the rail slid flipped and pinched his right thumb. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, miner knowledge and proficiency was a factor.
