Narrative

Employee finished pinning slope belt together and was cutting trailing edge of the belt and the belt knife slipped stabbing him in the leg. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, compliance of rules/regulations could have been a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
