Narrative

Auto Mechanic was changing out a tire on the dresser haul truck. He was rolling the tool cart towards the job and the wheel on the cart caught the transiton seam in the cement. The drawers slid out and the mechanic tried to stop and strained his left elbow. Seeking Pt on 02/27/2013
