Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 2/05/2013 and a shift was discovered in his right ear. On 2/11/2013 he was tested and shift remained in the right ear. He is schedule to see an audiologist on 3/22/2013 at 9:00 am. This is to verify whether or not he had other independent medical issues.
