Narrative

Employee was drilling out a PUR nozzle with a drill and bit, the drill slipped and the 3/16"" drill bit broke and hit employees left ring finger. The employee was holding the nozzle with a pair of channel locks and the broken bit attached to the drill still hit employees finger. The employee received sutures, and is on restricted duty and will return to full duty on 03/25/2013
