Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 2/20/2013 and a shift was discovered in both ears. He was retested on 2/25/2013 and the shift remained in both ears. On 2/26/2013 he saw an audiologist to verify whether or not he had other independent medical issues.
