Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 02/08/13 and a shift was discovered in both ears. He was retested on 03/15/13 and a shift remained in both ears. On 3/25/13 he was scheduled to see the company P.A. to discuss, but was unable to keep appointment. Has not yet re-scheduled.
