## Narrative

Worker was detaching small utility trailer from 2"" ball hitch on SUV passenger vehicle. Terrain, vehicle and trailer position prevented trailer jack from clearing hitch ball by < 1/2"" He decided to lower ball by standing on vehicle bumper placing foot directly behind ball.  Trailer released from ball and shifted toward vehicle pinching workers foot between bumper and tongue.
