## Narrative

Employee's foot slipped off wet step on grader while attempting to mount grader.  EE fell downwards, hit her RT hip against the edge of grader blade, feet slipped in the mud and she continued to slide grazing her Rt shoulder against the grader blade. EE taken to clinic for x-rays.
