Narrative

Employee and two millwrights were rolling the bull gear from 43 feeder to the elevator. As the gear went into the elevator, the elevator sank 2"" causing the gear to tip to west. Employee was positioned at far edge and was struck by gear. He suffered left forearm burn and chest wall contusion.
