## Narrative

Employee was constructing a brattice when he felt his back start to hurt, then told his foreman and on the ride out felt a sharp pain down his leg.  Employee continued to work and reported his accident March 19th.  Employee has been ordered as of April 5th to remain off work for an uncertain period of time.
