Narrative

Employee was dismounting the 0-22 Cable truck from the passenger side when his right foot slipped off of the bottom step that is mounted on the fuel tank. The step flexed when his weight was applied, causing him to fall and fracture his ankle. He was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. Currently ONGOING.
