Employee was climbing in the cab of a 50 Ton Crane when the grab iron broke lose causing employee to fall backwards and stumble, causing pain in lower back. EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE ACCIDENT AND DID NOT START LOSING TIME UNTIL 4/11/13. EMPLOYEE STARTED LOSING TIME AGAIN DUE TO SURGERY ON 2/19/2014 (THIS IS NOT A NEW ACCIDENT)
