## Narrative

Employee was grinding with a 4"" grinder at a 45 degree angle on a corner of the supports for the dryer feeder at the crystal plant. EE was kneeling next to him when the grinder caught and jumped hitting the EE in the right forearm causing a 2"" laceration. EE was taken to hospital are received stitches.
