Narrative

Employee was attempting remove a pin between a dozer push arm and tilt cylinder. The push arm was supported by the crane with the cylinder still pinned. When the pin was driven out the cylinder dropped approximately 2"" to the dozer push arm. As it dropped it forced the tool being used to drive the pin out down pinching employee's hand between it and cylinder bore.
