Narrative

While attempting to align two bolts on a floor stand used for installing belt structure the injured had his finger partially inserted to the hole. The structure slipped off a crib block that was being used for leveling the floor stand causing the leg to collapse and catch the tip of his left index finger in the bolt hole causing a soft tissue avulsion to tip of finger.
