Narrative

EE was helping a scale company remove weights from a scale. The weights were 4"" round 52"" long and 185 lbs. While moving the second weight, the weight dropped onto the belt and smashed EE's middle finger, right hand between the conveyor structure and one side of the weight. EE's finger was crushed and sustained a fracture open to the tip of the finger.
