## Narrative

Employee was transferring roof bolts from a scoop bucket to a roof bolter. In doing so he rotated his body without moving his feet while holding a load of roof bolts in his arms. He felt a sharp pain in his lower back. He started receiving treatment from a chiropractor on April 22nd making this a reportable injury.
