A tire blew out on a 988 loader sending loose rock and dirt flying. The debris struck the door window of the haul truck being loaded. The window shattered sending glass dust onto the haul truck operator. The operator was wearing safety glasses at the time. Employee has a small cut on eye and about a dozen small lacerations on body/face.
