Disconnected a small chain from three inch poly-line that had been drug by a scoop. When he loosened the chain form the coiled line it sprung up and struck him in the mouth resulting in a laceration that took four sutures to close. NO TIME WAS MISSED FROM WORK. THIS IS A MEDICAL TREATMENT INJURY.
