## Narrative

Employee was exiting Joy loading machine and got his feet tangled in cable slack and began to fall. He tried to break his fall by grabbing the loader and banged his right wrist off the body of machine. This wrist had been surgically repaired from a previous injury and employee believes he may have damaged screws inserted into wrist.
