## Narrative

ES46 shovel runner reported smoke, hit the fire supresssion and dismounted.  Field office called mayday. Smoke was coming out from under the house. A lug on high voltage shoe loose, increased resistance in wires, apparently melted insulation caught grease on fire. Fire out at 8:31, fire watch 'til 10:00 p.m. No injuries
