## Narrative

Using track jack to raise critter went to lower the jack when the top part of the jack fell smashing finger between top of the jack and bottom part of the extension. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
