## Narrative

Mechanic was sitting on top of dozer transmission area doing wiring maintenance work. When EE was exiting area he heard a ""pop"" in his knee. EE experienced pain in knee & could not support weight on knee. He had been receiving personal med. attention prior to the incident. The symptoms of ""popping"" in rt knee were being diagnosed & treated by his attending physician.
