## Narrative

Employee was on stone carrying train, and had stopped train to dump stone from cars. He took the remote controller in hand and started to descend from train, when he stepped on broken controller strap and fell about 2 1/2 feet. He landed on his feet but the impact jarred his back and he felt pain. Sought medical care after that.
